CHARLESTON, Ill. - The men's track and field team showed out at Eastern Illinois' John Craft Invite on Saturday afternoon, collecting four top-three finishers and many more top-eight performers.
How it Happened:
Junior
Neko Gibson led the way for the Panthers, posting a time of 6.98 in the 60m dash for third place and a 22.84 in the 200m for second!
Freshman
Keenan Powell also had an outstanding showing in jumps, placing second in the triple jump with a 14.18m mark and fourth in the long jump (6.38m).
Leonard Bratton also represented the Panthers at the top, claiming third in triple jump with a 13.58m leap.
Greenville also saw promising performances from Ty Kellum,
Ahmadjae Fenton, and
Will Cress as the indoor season continues.
