GREENVILLE, Ill. - With Super Bowl Sunday only a few days away, Greenville Athletics wants to give Panthers football star, Nicholas Morrow, a huge shout-out! Morrow will represent the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl with Greenville cheering him on.
Morrow is in his seventh season as an NFL linebacker after signing with the Raiders in 2017 as an undrafted agent. With a few team changes throughout the years, he's made his way to the biggest stage in football for the 2024-25 season.
He competed with the Buffalo Bills for the regular season before rejoining Philadelphia for the playoffs. Morrow played in the NFC Divisional Playoffs and Championship with the Eagles, recording a handful of tackles in the two games.
As a Panther, Morrow had an outstanding career, playing in thirty-four games over four years. He collected 222 tackles in his college career along with multiple all-conference awards, including UMAC MVP. Morrow also became the first Greenville athlete to be named an All-American.
With the mark that he left on GU, we're proud to have him represent at the Super Bowl.
Congratulations, Nicholas, and good luck!
