WAVERLY, Iowa - Men's cross country wrapped up its season at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional on Saturday, placing 25th in a deep 32-team field. The Panthers posted a team time of 2:23:29, highlighted by a strong front-running effort from
Kaden Einhorn, which kept Greenville competitive in one of the toughest regions in the nation.
How it Happened:
Greenville's scoring five finished within roughly three minutes of one another, demonstrating consistency and pack running on the challenging Max Championship Course.Â
Einhorn posted a 27:49.6 at 130th place with Mason Clayton following close behind with a 28:04.1.Â
Running a 28:40.4, Luis Zavala was third-finishing Panther, and Kyle Cooley collected a 29:13.1 at 167th.Â
The last Panther to round out the scoring was Jaxon Dalby, running a 29:42.4.
While Greenville did not qualify for nationals, the squad capped the year with grit, progress, and valuable championship-level experience. With several returners in the lineup, the Panthers will look to build on this momentum heading into 2026.
