Women's golf faces off at home against Westminster

FILLMORE, Ill. – The Greenville women's golf team competed in a dual match against Westminster at Indian Springs Golf Course, losing the match but showcasing some strong performances. 

How it Happened:

Despite falling to a strong Westminster squad, the Panthers showed determination and steady improvement throughout the round. Greenville posted a team score of 489, with several golfers turning in solid individual performances.

Leading the way for the Panthers was Morgan Alexander, who paced the team with a round of 116.

Cortney Brummer followed closely behind with a 118, while Kennedy Legendre added a 119 to round out Greenville's top three.

Abby Grohmann completed the scoring for the Panthers with a 136.

Greenville's effort highlighted the team's resilience and continued growth as they gain valuable experience on the course. With each competition, the Panthers are sharpening their skills and building confidence heading into the heart of the season.
