EUREKA, Ill. – The Greenville women's golf team returned to competition at Kaufman Park's course on Sept. 19, challenging host Eureka in a dual match. Despite falling 439-404, the Panthers showed balance across their lineup and continued strides in their fall season.
How it Happened:
Leading the way for Greenville was Greenlee Dust, who carded a steady 106 to pace the Panthers.
Morgan Alexander followed closely with a 108, while Courtney Brummer contributed a 110.
Abby Clark rounded out the scoring with a 115, giving Greenville four consistent performances.
Eureka's top duo proved decisive, with rounds of 82 and 86 setting the hosts apart. However, Greenville's depth and tight scoring order highlighted the team's potential moving forward.
With multiple Panthers within striking distance of breaking the 100-mark, the squad continues to gain valuable experience that will fuel improvement throughout the season.
