GREENVILLE, Ill. - The men's soccer team finished Wednesday night's match against Eureka deadlocked in a scoreless tie.
Greenville outshot Eureka 12-9. Jaime Torres had three of the twelve attempts.
After both teams put up four shots in the first half, the Panthers and Red Devils went into halftime tied 0-0.
GU was able to put up eight more shots in the second but was unable to put one on the board.
Jaime Sainz returned to the net for Greenville after a six-game hiatus. He had four saves against Eureka.
Greenville picked up their fourth draw of the season against Eureka.
The Panthers (6-6-4, 2-1-4 SLIAC) host Webster on Saturday at 1 p.m. in GU's Homecoming match.
