Greenville University

Lauren Hiestand was named Associate Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in August 2024. 

She spent the 2023-24 school year as an assistant strength coach at Greenville University after graduating from William Woods University. 

At William Woods, Hiestand majored in Exercise Science and played NAIA volleyball for four years where she received American Midwest All-Conference and All-Academic honors. She was also a recipient of the Daktronics NAIA Volleyball Scholar Athletes Award. 

Hiestand holds her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has experience as a personal trainer with a Level 1 USA Weightlifting certification.
