Men's tennis dominates Principia to stay undefeated in conference play

GREENVILLE, Ill. – Greenville men's tennis made a statement on Thursday night with a decisive 7-0 victory over conference rival Principia. The Panthers improve to 2-0 in conference play on the season.

How it Happened:

Greenville set the tone early in doubles, earning victories on all three courts to go up 1-0 as a team. Jean Sanabria and Colton Hulme had a standout win on Court No. 1 with a 6-2 decision.

The Panthers continued that momentum into singles, winning all six matches in convincing fashion. Sanabria battled to a straight set win at No. 1 while Jade Dynamic secured victory at No. 2 following a retirement. Hulme continued the strong showing at No. 3 with a decisive 6-0, 6-2 win.

The most dominant performances came from the bottom half of the lineup, where Greenville's depth was on full display. At No. 4, No. 5, and No. 6 singles, Noah Garcia Barlagne, Patrick Nobbe, and Kai Gustafson each won in commanding 6-0, 6-0 fashion, not dropping a single game across all three matches.
