GREENVILLE, Ill. – Greenville battled closely with St. Olaf but ultimately fell 4-3 on Monday afternoon at the Scott J. Burgess Tennis Complex. The Panthers moved to 7-5 on the season after a tightly contested match that came down to the final singles results.

In doubles play, Greenville picked up a win at No. 2 as
Lanie Carder and
Lily Gregory earned a 6-4 victory, but St. Olaf secured the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 3.
Greenville responded well in singles, winning three matches to keep things competitive. Carder highlighted the day with a hard-fought three-set win at No. 2, clinching a 10-2 tiebreaker. Gregory added a strong straight-set victory at No. 4, while
Evaline Johnson controlled her match at No. 6 with a 6-3, 6-3 win.
Despite the loss, Greenville showed resilience throughout the lineup, with multiple matches going the distance in a competitive outing against St. Olaf.
