ELSAH, Ill. - The men's tennis team earned a 5-2 road victory over Principia College, leaving them with a perfect conference record and a spot in the NCAA regional rankings. The Panthers claim the #7 spot in Region VII and a 17-5 record.
How it Happened:
The Panthers claimed the doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots. Andres Sanchez and Jade Dynamic dominated 6-1, while Clark Kent and Francisco Trujillo secured a 6-4 win.
In singles, Greenville continued its strong performance. Sanchez led the way at No. 1, cruising to two 6-2 wins.
Jean Sanabria, Kent, and Dynamic all recorded straight-set victories, with Dynamic not dropping a single game in his 6-0, 6-0 sweep at No. 6.
