Game Recap: Men's Track and Field |

Men's track and field picks up three event titles in Greenville Select

GREENVILLE, Ill. - The men's track and field team crushed it at their home track meet, picking up three event titles and many more second and third-place finishes. Cory Stoll, Keenon Johnikin, and the 4x100 team all took the gold. 

How it Happened:

Stoll outshone everyone in the long jump, posting a 7.15m for first. He also did well in the 100m (10.87s) and 200m (22.06s) dashes, taking fourth and fifth place! 

Johnikin placed first in the triple jump with his 13.56m leap while placing fourth in the long jump (6.72m) and sixth in the high jump (1.83m). 

The 4x100 team collectively ran a 41.40s to place first. 

Taking second place in the long jump, Jordan Peternel posted a 7.09m while also taking third in the triple jump (13.52m).

For another second-place finish, Tony Lakotich ran a 57.67s in the 400m hurdles. 

Lastly, the Panthers took five third-place spots with Dylan Collins at the lead. Collins had a 1.88m high jump and a 41.58m javelin throw. 

Eric Mitchell and the 4x400 team also picked up third in their events. Mitchell threw for 13.61m in the shot put, and the 4x400 "A" team ran a 3:17.53.
