GREENVILLE, Ill. – The men's volleyball team returned to H.J. Long Gymnasium for the first time in five years for their match against Westminster. The Panthers started strong but couldn't maintain momentum, falling 3-1 to the Blue Jays.

How it Happened:

Greenville came out determined, taking the first set 25-22 behind aggressive net play and strong serving.

The Panthers pushed Westminster to the limit in the second set, but the Blue Jays narrowly escaped with a 29-27 win.

After the break, Westminster's attack took over, as Greenville struggled to generate offense in 25-15 and 25-11 losses in the final two sets.

Izaiah Fenstermaker led Greenville with seven kills and four service aces, while John Gannucci added eight kills.

Caleb Day contributed three kills and two blocks. Despite a strong defensive effort by Jay Ramirez (fourteen digs), the Panthers couldn't overcome Westminster.
