GREENVILLE, Ill. - The women's soccer team crushed Stephens 4-0 on Saturday despite a two-hour rain delay.

How it Happened:

1st Half

The Panthers were aggressive from the start, racking up five shots before the first goal. 

In the 33rd minute, Ashlie Johnston Cabral put Greenville on the board, giving them the 1-0 lead before halftime. 

2nd Half

Greenville came out of the gate with a shot from Allyson Schulz but was stopped about five minutes into the half because of lightning. 

GU managed to stay fired up after two hours and scored three more goals in the remaining forty minutes.

Emma Cadwell put one in the back of the net with an assist from Katelyn Christensen in the 55th minute. 

Just three minutes later in the 58th minute, Angie Russo knocked one in with help from Vanessa Ramirez. 

The Panthers tacked on their fourth goal in the 80th minute when Cabral sent one in with an assist from Schulz. 

Addison Miller was in goal for GU and had two saves.
