ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The women's soccer team faced the number one-ranked WashU and were bested 7-0. Addison Miller's defense stood out as she collected six saves at goalkeeper.
How it Happened:
The Bears managed to score six goals in the first half, leaving GU trailing 6-0 at halftime.
In the second half, Greenville did a great job holding WashU at bay, only allowing one more goal to be scored.
The Panthers also were able to get two shots on goal in the second half, one by Dillyn Baer and the other by Allyson Schulz.
Miller was in the net for the first half, while Madison Ashford was at keeper for the second forty-five. Ashford collected two saves.
