Women's basketball claims 85-62 win over Monmouth

GREENVILLE, Ill. - The women's basketball team won a 85-62 contest over Monmouth in H.J. Long Gymnasium on Friday night.

Greenville used 27-16 first quarter and 28-17 third quarter runs to pull from the Fighting Scots in the game.

Alyssa Seymour posted a 17 point game for GU and added six rebounds and two steals.

Carolina Hoffman provided 15 points and seven steals in the game.

The Panthers (3-1) will play Illinois College on Saturday at 5 p.m.
