Men's soccer defeats Fontbonne 2-0 to solidfy number three seed in SLIAC tournament

GREENVILLE, Ill. - The men's soccer team wrapped up the number three seed in the SLIAC tournament with a 2-0 victory over Fontbonne on Saturday.

Greenville received goals from Andre Dos Santos and Juan Salazar in the win.

The Panthers had a 26-8 shot advantage in the match, and they were led by Salazar with four shots.

Pedro Vebber provided a clean sheet in goal with one save.

The Panthers (11-8-1, 9-4-1 SLIAC) will host Westminster on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Francis Field in a SLIAC tournament quarterfinal first round match.
