ANDERSON, Ind. -- The men's soccer team came up with a convincing 4-0 shutout win over Anderson on Saturday.  Richie Hershkowitz and Elliot Thompson produced two goals apiece.

Greenville was outshot 13-9 but made the most of its opportunities.

"We played extremely well today, and I'm very pleased with the improvements the team is making," said head coach Chris Swift.  "It was a solid defensive performance and that's a second clean sheet in a row."

"Richie Hershkowitz and Elliot Thompson getting two goals each was important, and it's nice to start the season winning a tournament."
