Mike has been the head athletic trainer at GU since August 2000.  He earned a bachelor's degree in Physical Education with an option in athletic training in 1999 and a Master's degree in Physical Education with cardiac rehabilitation/adult fitness in 2000 from Eastern Illinois University.  His duties include prevention, medical care, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, overseeing the athletic training budget, policies and procedures, scheduling, and staffing of two athletic trainers and student workers.
